Our items are shipped via Door-to-Door Courier. 

We deliver to every nook and cranny of South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and all the areas in-between.

Thanks to our nationwide delivery, your ordered items will reach their destination no matter the location. 

Shipping cost is R80.00

- Delivery usually takes +-8 working days.We will do our very best to deliver in the specific timeframe, however, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee delivery on a specific date as we rely on third party couriers and, even though we always do our best, errors can creep in from time to time.

On these rare occasions, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer care staff at enquiries@mocki.co.za who will help you track your parcel or give you an update.

- You will receive your tracking number once the items are received from our International warehouse and are dispatched from our offices. Tracking number will thus be received after the 14 work day period.

- Our items are beautiful and of great quality - you won't regret the wait :) 

- Processing time upon placing order is 2 days 

- Delivery times do not include Weekends or Public holidays.
