Refund and Return Policy

Mocki will refund or exchange an order in the following conditions:

• We are happy if you are happy, thus if an item does not fit we will gladly exchange the item or provide store credit/refund
• No exchanges/refunds/credit on SALE items or COMBO deals
• Mocki needs to be notified within 48 hours after receiving your parcel of the requested return(email enquiries@mocki.co.za), and should be returned within 7 days.
• As soon as the item is received back in it's original condition, we will contact you to arrange exchange/credit.
